Review on Augason Farms Dehydrated Potato Shreds Outdoor Recreation by Stetson Olsen

I bought this product for both emergencies and everyday use. I am the eldest and only have to cook for myself. I cook very little, so potatoes tend to spoil before I use them. I figured it would be cheaper if I bought dried potatoes and various other veggies for emergencies and everyday use. I only have to drink what I want to eat and I don't have to worry about storage or running to the store every time I want to buy fresh vegetables. I was also able to get rid of my freezer as I never seem to use it for food I bought cooked or frozen.
