EDIT 06/2021: Your CS department keeps harassing me and forcing me to update my review. I definitely do not recommend this seller/product. I was very excited about this switch, I was in the process of upgrading to a simpler manual switch and was really looking forward to using it remotely. Unfortunately this device does not do what is advertised, the switch does not stop sending an active signal on unselected channels. For this switch I use two computer inputs and one console input. When both computers are on, the switch still beeps, making the screen visible to both computers. This is undesirable behavior and I thought it was probably a faulty device. I contacted the seller over 2 weeks ago but he has not responded. That being said, I will be returning this item and getting a new one from what I already had (it took 2 years before having problems, cost me $9 so was well worth it). Very disappointed with this device and the seller support.
