I was SO disappointed with the 1st only 1 changed color. Then I saw that red and blue only work for heat and the other 3 for cold. Still couldn't get her to change. I met her and nothing. Then I noticed and put the hair dryer on their backs where the hot drink should have been and they immediately changed. For the cold ones I put ice in the front and nothing, then I put ice in the back where a cold drink would have been, after that they also changed immediately. So for those who say it doesn't work, they do!
