It was the perfect solution for my mother's care. The plug-in is in my bedroom for late-night calls, and the watch allows me to be in the garden or out shopping and answer when she needs help. It was difficult to program. The instructions might have been clear to someone else but I had to play around with them for a while but once set they worked great. My mother complains about the cable. It would be better if it had a hook that allows you to use a new ribbon or cord.
