I bought the "Lady" brooch for a doctor friend who recently graduated from medical school. While the design is unique and the beads add to the elegance, I was disappointed with the overall size and durability of the brooch. The delicate shape of the uterus is adorable, but the needle bends easily and I'm concerned about its durability. Also, the brooch is smaller than expected and hard to see from a distance. Overall a nice novelty, but I wouldn't classify it as a practical accessory.
