i ordered this pillow for side sleeping pain relief, I suffer from hypermobility & wanted to try this out bc I read that it would help with twisting & keeping me aligned during the nighttime. it seems pretty alright, fluffed out after opening it up but it definitely isnt fully stuffed & almost like a funny limp noodle. it seems to have done the job for a few nights but I'm thinking i might need to add more stuffing in order to be more stable/firm for my issue. it is quite soft, but there are some places where the stuffing is a lot less that in other areas of the pillow, like an old stuffed animal that's been through some hard hugging/squeezing. not sure if it would be good for a pregnant woman, maybe so if you add more stuffing as well! but there is a tag that comes with the purchase that states you might need to add more stuffing to your specific liking. so it is definitely a preference thing & I guess they just try to make it as average as possible so that you can lean either way.for reference I am 5'8 and of an average size, it fits perfectly in that aspect
