Although many reviews say they are true to size and stretch, that is not the case. I regularly wear large ones (top and bottom) with no problems, when I pulled the pants out of my pocket the waist looked like it would fit on one of my hips. I started trying them on as I felt they were stretchy (based on reviews), they barely reached my knees. I'm sure this product will be great if you buy the right size.
