I like that it's easy to setup, can be used with multiple sites (like Google Analytics), has many integrations options out of box - Zapier/IFTTT is great tool as well! It would also make sense if you could get some sort pricing tiers when purchasing plan instead only one price level at $99 per month which seems too high nowdays since competition in this space are growing fast especially after GDPR came into effect last year :). Try using different tools together or compare them yourself before making final decision about what will work best depending upon needs & budget available. We use contactus platform both internally within our team but we're able see results externally through webinars hosted by us via their API integration option they provide so far everything works fine here :).
