Is a little big in the hands but I like it because I bought it to fit over mountain bike pads easily. It's also foldable and light enough to easily fold up and carry in a fanny pack. Not as light or low bulk as the more expensive ultra light rain and wind layers, but probably a little more durable and waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa cheaper. Haven't used it in the rain yet but I suspect it will be fairly water resistant initially (definitely NOT waterproof) thought it would help keep me warm on cold descents as long as it wasn't raining. The interesting thing is that it is being sold for $20 if I spill and destroy it there will not be much loss.
