I have 2 freezers in my garage and one of them has failed in the past. This is a nightmare scenario if this happens and you don't notice it in time. Like most people who have an extra freezer, I have invested heavily in the groceries I store in it and I need some security to protect my investment. I bought a Vivosun fridge thermometer with dueling sensors to keep an eye on multiple rooms. In the beginning everything was great. My problem started after the first week. I started getting an intermittent loss of signal from sensor 1. I've tried changing the batteries and even moving them around. I even tried bringing it inside to put it next to the base unit but to no avail. This sensor does not connect securely to the base unit. I'll get another one and see if my problem is a one time thing, I really want it to work.
