I like that they are always willing to try something new with me when it comes time for training or evaluations of staff members at my facility! They also have great customer support which can be tough sometimes as you're trying out companies but USMS has been really good about helping us find our way through all this :) The only thing i dislike so far was there's not much in their portfolio regarding EMR/EMR services (although we were recently able t o add an option for them).
