These in-ear headphones are the best combination of sound quality, functionality (can be used to make calls) and durability. No other comes in this price range. I've had them for a week now and can confirm the first impressions that led me to buy these among the "thousands" out there in a very crowded market. Their customer service seems to be very good considering how they followed me as a customer after the purchase. I have not used them and I hope I won't as I hope their product continues to work without any problems. Their warranty is 24 months anyway, and they say they'll help you fix any problems anyway. No, I would recommend this product to a friend. I also had the opportunity to experience their customer service which is absolutely outstanding! Very responsive, fast.
