I like that this is an automated billing system which helps to keep track of invoices, payments & statements for our clients/customers all in one place! It also has some nice features such as allowing you can view your payment history or previous statement so it's very helpful when trying to figure out what was paid previously by certain customers etc.
The only thing i dislike about cloudbilling database is there are no customer support reps available during normal business hours 7 days per week - they have after hour phone numbers but those aren't always staffed 24x7 due to holidays ect.. Overall good product if used correctly however we do not utilize any additional services offered through their platform e.g.- recurring biller service- custom fields- timecard reporting.
