Should have listened to other reviews.
As per other reviews, Chinese screws are disappointing. Although the picture shows black screws, they are actually silver. In addition, the washers are too large and interfere with the neighboring device in the rack. Save money, tripp lite is usually decent and reliable. Not worth coming back for me and they get two stars because they work and are the right size (12-24).
