Review on 🐾 Bissell 97D5 Multi-Level Pet Hand Vac Filter by Stephanie Brown

Let me start by saying that I love the little handheld vacuum that these filters are made for. I think he'll vacuum the monkey's fur, so pet hair isn't a problem. Filters work well but are poorly designed. Here's what I mean: As you can see from the photo, the filter consists of two parts, a mesh screen and a thick accordion filter. The screen can be washed in warm soapy water and will likely last a long time. However, the white filter cannot be washed. All you can do is wipe it clean and it leaves a lot to be desired. I suppose if I only used this item for pet hair and stains I would be fine. But the vacuum cleaner is so powerful that I also used it to vacuum curtains, upholstery and cracks. Lots of fine dust that seems to accumulate in my house. As a result, I had to replace the filter unit more often than I originally intended. Bissell should consider selling the two parts separately.
