Item arrived on time as advertised and works great! I've used the grater many times and every time I got exactly the result I wanted! I love that you can simply rub the plate and that it's easy to clean in the dishwasher. I usually have to wash the graters by hand. And as one of my favorite comedians (Mitch Hedberg) once said, they never call. Cheese grater under his real name. Sponge Destroyer! In this case you don't have to worry about hand washing and my fiancé even commented on how elegant it looks. The black silicon/rubber grip on the top definitely helps control what you're doing and the different sized grates are handy too. Highly recommended, I will buy again! Incidentally, I would also recommend buying products like this, a hand mixer, etc. for people who are just moving house or who can't cook yet. I'm learning to cook and part of learning is that I don't know everything it takes to have a kitchen with all the necessary utensils. Just a thought:
