Review on πŸš— High-quality Magnetic Car Door Guard Strip 2 Meter - Black - Xcellent Global DIY Car Door Dent Protector M-AT007 by Randy Washington

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Since I've already spent close to $40 on this cheap crap, I'll keep using them, but only .

At first I thought this was a normal solution. The rubber is really soft but probably strong enough to protect against dents. Comes with 3M tape and magnetic strips. I figured the narrow tape would eventually stop sticking and it created too many areas behind the rubber to collect dirt and moisture that couldn't be cleaned. So I used magnets which at least allowed me to leave them on all the time except when washing the car. So when I took off the rubber protectors to wash the car and put them back on, a day later the protector on one of the doors fell off while driving. I think the magnets are only strong enough if you keep them clean and I only washed the car but didn't clean the magnets. Now I'm going to wash the car, I'm trying to remove the protection from one of the doors and as you can see in the photo the "magnets" have melted and stuck to the car. Having already spent close to $40 on this cheap crap, I will continue to use them, but only if I'm parking somewhere where I need do not disturb.
