I don't know why I waited at 40 to try a smaller wallet that only holds the essentials but after weeks of searching I found this one perfect for me and my carrying needs . It's designed for your front pocket, but I also carry it in my back pocket and it works great without having to sit down and bend over because it's not as bulky as a traditional old-style wallet. It's soft and light, unlike some of the new metal pockets that are meant for credit cards and the like, and the number of pockets is perfect for anything I need to take with me, including a huge center space for cash or receipts. I would recommend this particular wallet in whatever pattern you choose as a de facto minimalist front pocket wallet to start with. And you can't beat the price.
