I got this for my iPad to turn it into a laptop for school. The battery life is amazing. It charges with an android charger. I charged it 9/2/2018 when I received it, and it is still at 74% on 1/23/2019. I don’t use it for hours a day like some people might though. It seems durable and I feel like my iPad is protected pretty well. It is thin so I slid it into my purse with no problems. The biggest issue I have with this keyboard (and I will be ordering something different soon) is that unless you are very slow, heavy and deliberate with your typing, you have tons of misspelled words. I’m a very fast and accurate typer, and this keyboard drives me absolutely nuts (I’m about to throw it across the room writing this!). You will spend 75% of the time you are typing just pressing the Delete key to go backwards and erase or correct a word (very other word literally) that doesn’t take to your fingers. Very frustrating and takes 10x as long to type something versus a using normal laptop keyboard or even a phone screen. Also, the Delete button (top right), which is used about every 5 seconds, sits directly under the "Lock” button, so since I am constantly pressing the Delete button I unintentiallly turn off my iPad screen about every fourth or fifth time. Overall good keyboard for someone who doesn’t type a lot or need for school.
