Review on 🔁 Enhanced Performance with Dual Band Streaming and Beamforming Technology: Router Routers by Jennifer Lyon

Internet speed is fast but that is typical of all routers with WIFI 6. This is the advantage of wifi6 over the previous generation. Every time I try to soft reset the router, when it comes back online, the router doesn't automatically reconnect to the existing devices. I had to physically go into settings and make changes to get the router to reconnect. At first I thought these were my devices. I decided to contact the manufacturer and seller, went through Amazon tech support, they sent me to the seller with a request for tech support. I waited 2 weeks and got no reply from anyone. I tried contacting the seller again and waited another week, no replies. I think it's best to send this unit back as I'm not a techie and don't want to wait forever to get help if needed. Tip: You should train like a tech genius before you buy this router.
