Review on 🍽️ EatSmart ESKS-01 Precision Pro Silver Digital Kitchen Scale - Accurate and Reliable Measurement by Robin Smith

I read most of the reviews and chose this scale based on those reviews. I unpacked the scale and read the battery installation instructions, but no batteries were included. Then I checked the unit and saw that two batteries were installed but the brands didn't match. I found it weird and then turned it on and got an ERR message on the screen. According to the instructions, it should stay on and be turned off and on again. I followed that and got ERR again. I am very disappointed to have received a device that was clearly used by someone and it also didn't work. I will NOT buy this scale again and continue my search. I don't mind opening a NEW product and it doesn't work, but when a company knowingly ships an item they knew was used and says it's new, that's a bad deal and I will nothing from this company buy future. * **Update*** On May 21st I received a call from the President of EatSmart (Bill). He asked for details of my problem and asked me not to return the item to make sure it was out of stock. He also said that he would send me a new device immediately. I can't say enough about how impressed I am with the customer support from this company. First I said I would not buy anything from this company in the future but with such amazing customer support it would be foolish not to buy from them again. I will do another update once I have the new scales. ***Update*** May 25th I received my new scale on May 23rd. It was brand new with the correct batteries and in a plastic box. I opened them up and put them on the scale, turned them on and they work. I've been using it every day since I received it and the device works perfectly and the measurements are accurate. I would like to change the star rating to a higher one, but Revain doesn't seem to allow me to change it once it has been rated. If I had to rate this product again I would give it four stars. Does what it's supposed to do, but looks cheaply made. I would rate the support team a 10 as they genuinely want their customers to be happy.
