I am about 5'6" tall and weigh 176 lbs. 31" waist and 36/38 C/D. Ordered XXL. Not sure how the panties fit but they are very cute. I was very hesitant to purchase this product because I had gastric bypass surgery about 7 years ago. In this case, I usually need good support in the chest area. This beautiful ensemble keeps me quite busy considering it has no cups or underwire. Due to the fit and the tie it worked and I am very happy with it especially as it was a vday gift.
