The ability to add my own fields which makes it easier for me as an admin rather than having pre-defined options in their standard toolset! I wish there were more features but this solves many of our problems with organization/management issues relating documents within large organizations (eg., HR & Admin). My only complaint would be some bugs or glitches when using certain functions such as creating folders - we have fixed them though once they've been spotted these are quickly addressed by support team members via chat system so no big deal anymore :) We can now store files securely online instead keeping physical copies at HQ without worry about security breaches etc. This saves time both from storing paper file versions internally AND also reduces risk since all records remain accessible remotely through internet connection wherever you may need access too. It has enabled us reduce paperwork significantly while still allowing remote workers easy accessibility if needed during off hours / out sick days where other systems require physically being present somewhere near office building just incase.
