A lot fits into these channels. I have 2 monitors, a desktop PC, a wired mouse, a keyboard, a mouse pad, a headset stand, a PS4 and everything fits nicely in these channels. I probably used half the channels I got, give or take. Since I could run the bundle of wires in multiple channels, I tried to attach my Power Surge connector with glue, 3 strips running down the back. Yes, it didn't stick, it's much easier to just screw it into the table. Overall great for cable management but if the channels were a bit bigger or just wider I think it would work even better. All of my cables are just plugged in somehow, some of them are sandwiched between multiple cables that don't even sit in the conduit.
