The moment I put this on the seat my 10 month old stopped crying and immediately started playing with it so it works! This is perfect because my daughter hates being in a car seat so this is a must. I ended up using just one strap - I have a Buick Enclave and the straps are too big to hang it where I need it. Depending on what car you have and what seats you have, you may have to get a little creative to hang it on the seat, but it didn't make much of a difference to me. I was able to install it well and it keeps my little one entertained which is why I think it's a winner! There's also a kick function when music is playing when the kid kicks their butt, although the kid has to kick it with some force. "Pleasure" - doesn't walk away from a light touch. Some people like it because it's easier for a kid to get results, while others dislike it because it can get boring quickly. All in all this is a very good buy - it will definitely keep your little one busy in the car!
