Warm and cosy. Have washed them several times (cold water, dry) and they are holding up well. I wear them several times a week. Here's another MAJOR benefit for those who live in a household with dogs or cats: these leggings don't attract pet hair. Other fleece lined leggings I've bought online are magnetized for pet hair, but they aren't. You will occasionally see pet hair on the fabric (as on every surface in my house lol) but in general leggings are pretty impervious to pet hair. A great advantage if you want to wear them while lying on the couch with your dogs. (Of course I will eventually use them for outdoor exercises too - haha). Btw, I'm 5'10", about 142 pounds and usually wear a size 6. Size M fits me.
