Review on Connecter Cylinder Sodastream Cartridge Household by Isaac Ismail

This was my first valve purchase. It was a little confusing as the seller didn't provide a video. Gaskets were already installed with the valve. Tried running as is but there was a significant leak on the valve side of the CO2 tank. I added one of the gaskets to this interface, it has greatly improved but still leaks even when the fitting is tightened. I'm new to this and just bought a 20lb cylinder from my local welding consumables/gas supplier. The tank is not new, so it is possible that the threads are worn. Possibly, but I've decided to return this product and try a different manufacturer instead of a replacement.
