I like that they are nice and strong, but I'll add an installation tip: use some thread sealant on the set screws; I didn't and they gave up after about a month. off the beaten track on a 4 day trek. Had to use a ratchet strap to hold the hood to get to the house but no big deal. This is the second set I've bought and so far so good after using the screw lock. Just upside down. And one more thing: black became gold/bronze after a while; maybe for love of a higher level, I don't know. Overall a lot.
