Avoid this monitor and this company
Has worked flawlessly for 4 months. Now it comes on briefly and then off again. The LED on the device also goes out. This is not a power adapter; same problem with different power supply. This is not a video call; happens even without video input. It's just a poorly made product. I will not buy again and will not buy Votek products again.
