He does the work as needed.

I only gave three stars because the screws and other fasteners were rusty. Adjustable rubber buffers require a lock nut so that they do not swing out of the threaded hole when stowed in the loading area. But now that they're rusted, they stay in place.

Pros

NON-SLIP DESIGN: The tire treads are shaped like a shark's mouth, which provides effective slip resistance by increasing the friction between the sole of the shoe and the surface of the steps.
