I am an experienced massage therapist. Everything about this pad is better than the ones I've had before EXCEPT the size is only 28 x 70 x 1 and NOT the 32 x 73 x 1 which they claim I'll get. I really need a large size; This is one of the reasons I spent the extra money on the larger size. I called Amazon and they refunded 20% of my money. They are sold out for new ones. If there are new ones I will try to buy them again hoping to get the right size this time. In the meantime I will use this one on my smaller table and look for a larger one for a larger table. What is better? 1) More temperature options 2) Higher heat settings 3) Ability to set time 4) Side panel allows foot to move freely 5) Soft but not fluffy material (I don't like lint) 6) Side elastic is easier to adjust than a large strap 7 ) the dial is easier to see: the size is smaller, maybe a mistake by the sender?
