I am satisfied with this cartridge. I am very happy with the customer service I received from the seller. Here's what happened: I bought two packs and one of the two cartridges didn't work. I then wrote a review explaining what happened and that I was disappointed with the purchase. V4INK contacted me via email stating that customer service is important and asked if I would be interested in a refund or replacement. I told them I wanted a replacement. Wow! I got a replacement! I installed it just to make sure it worked and the printer didn't show any problem with this cartridge. Many Thanks.
