I bought these a few months ago and they are exactly what I wanted. I'm not sure why people think they need to be buckled in the back. I just lay mine on the pole and straighten it. They are thick enough not to blow away. They are easy to fold and store (in your own pocket) and are of really good quality. I think they will last for many years. I think I ordered a size smaller than my actual tire size because I didn't want to fight with them and I'm glad I did. Definitely recommend these cases.
