Online retailer INFANZIA fails to provide quality and customer service

Sadly, my interaction with the INFANZIA online store was not positive. The quality of the things I received was below average, despite their claim that they are regularly changing their product range to keep up with market trends and innovations. I bought many automobile accessories from INFANZIA, including a set of floor mats and a phone holder. After only a week of use, the phone holder cracked, and after only a few months, the edges of the floor mats began to tear. Considering the money I spent and the quality of these things, I was very disappointed. The customer support I encountered when attempting to return the things was useless and disrespectful, which just made the situation worse. I had to go through several hoops just to obtain a response from their customer service department, and when I did, they were not eager to offer a refund or any other form of compensation. Overall, I don't think you should shop at INFANZIA. They have failed to deliver on quality and customer service despite their promises that they are staying ahead of the curve in the automobile sector. Look elsewhere if you're looking for dependable auto parts and accessories.
