A Bit Tight But Good Support
This was very tight when I first put it on. I couldn't get comfortable. After a while, I got used to it, and it gave me good back support and helped with lower back pain. I like to be able to move my waist when I exercise, so I didn't use it for that, but if you're looking for something to support your back, this is it.
