Item received as expected. I took the product out of the box and immediately set about installing it. There were no problems with the wiring. I connected the cables according to the instructions on the back of the unit and everything was fine in good bright light. Connecting the wires with the included wire nuts resulted in an installation that wasn't flush with the side of the RV. I stripped off another wire and twisted the two ends very tight and secured them with tape. The holes in the new block were very close to the original ones and the placement of the bolts wasn't a problem, although not perfect. After gluing the RV on, I caulked the block around the perimeter and turned it on. After about 10 minutes the device failed. I don't know anyone but I'm sick of cheap Chinese crap. If it were possible I would give ZERO stars! What a waste of my time.
