We bought this product because we recently went back to the gym. We got sick and felt like we couldn't go to the gym every other day. Thankfully, this product has helped us tremendously! We can train longer and go to the gym more often without additional soreness. In addition, the product has a fairly pleasant taste. Not too sweet like others and dissolves well. I find the coconut water powder gives it just the right amount of sweetness. We will buy again. To update! It really works and we feel great about this product! I really believe the coconut in it keeps you hydrated. You don't feel like you have to drink water or anything like that. We have already received our second container :)
