Installation on my 1989 Ford Econoline 4x4 Van took over an hour for the first step and about 15 minutes each for the next two. The video of Carr's funeral is good and helpful. I drilled before double checking and used a larger piece so I had to move to a different location and redo it. The steps feel solid and look great, making access easier for my boys and other passengers on the rear and passenger sides, as well as me as the driver. I was looking to get a completely custom rock slider rail but decided to save some money and go for it. If they break, which I suspect if they are hit hard by a rock or tree stump, then I will replace them and still be consistent with what the custom would cost. And when I install them again it will be easy since I have already done it 3 times. Conclusion: highly recommended. Firmly. Good looking. Functional. Good price.
