Good skin, easy to clean.
Good for children's pizza according to their own taste. Just pop in the crust (no oil required) and appreciate that you don't have to use cornmeal to prevent it from sticking (like I do with pizza skins) because I hate crunchy, hard cornmeal on pizza crust.
