UPDATE ON MY EARLY REVIEW: DO NOT BUY AGAIN. Changed from 5 to 1 star because. I've had this blender since mid-November 2019. Use twice a day for smoothies. Last week, in mid-March, it started squeaking very badly while working. I called Ninja as it has a 1 year warranty. They told me the warranty doesn't cover the base or any parts. The 1-year warranty only covers defects. I was initially told that a new base would cost $90 plus $19.95 shipping. When I complained about this I was put on hold and then offered $45 plus shipping. Still not satisfied, reschedule. Then the last offer was to just send me the base, $45 plus tax. The rest of my warranty continues with this new base, whatever it takes! Not satisfied at all, I thought this blender was the answer to my blender search. NOT SO
