Very few in my rating.
It works very little. My daughter, who is a tiny 3T, found it too tight, especially when she pulled it up over her arms and shoulders. Once it was on everything was fine, but as anyone with a newly potty trained toddler knows don't put off potty training. And she didn't want to leave because it hurt.
