I received this bag on time and just before my kids had to pack it for school. We liked the colour, size and quality (except for a few things). Pros: Good aluminum handle Sturdy and waterproof bag Shape is good Plenty of space and compartments to pack books, binders, lunch boxes, etc. Better fabric quality compared to J-World or JansportWheels don't make noise and can hide them when used as a backpack. Cons: - The zipper doesn't close easily. They get stuck at the top because the seams are too tight as mentioned in other reviews. It's a little annoying to hold them tight every time you need to zip since they keep getting stuck in the fabric so close to the zip. They need to improve on this design - they need to protect the bottom edge of the bag - a plastic cover or something like the J World bag did. This protects the bottom edges from wear and tear, water etc. - The bag came without a dust cover as promised in the product description and on the pictures - There is no guarantee on the bag. Other bags have 5-10 year warranty on fabric/zipper/handle/etc. Big disappointment!
