I've tried almost every filter on the faucet and this one is still my favorite. Unit price compares well to competing brands and replacement filters are cheaper. In my experience the diverter o-ring is the first part to fail and I haven't used an InstaPure filter in over 2 years but we have exceptionally hard water and this likely plays a role in the failure. I tried replacing this o-ring once and while I succeeded, the unit was clearly never made for simple home repairs and I wouldn't do it again while I could still buy a new one.
