Everything is fine. I've tried several plastic neck brushes like this one and only wanted this one because it was a bit longer and because of the metal. I like the style that has a series of small gaps in the front rather than one big hole, but it works well enough. The bristle distribution isn't entirely even - one side of the brush is quite thin and the entire bristle is rarely bristle compared to others I've used in the past. I wonder if I would have gotten a lot from how different they would be from each other. The fit is pretty good - I put it on a steel telescopic pole and it fits snug and snug, but the pole only comes out 1 time. /2". It's more secure to mount on plastic rods. Overall, it's good enough. If I need another in the future, I'll probably go with the plastic with a different bristle configuration.
