I like that they offer their clients flexibility in terms of project delivery methodologies - from face to faceto person interviews via paper surveys with an online follow up for those who did not respond or answer questions properly during initial interview process; then finally have them complete some additional work at home tasks before finalizing hiring decision (if needed).
