*Update September 21st I received a fraudulent email from someone claiming to work for this company asking me to provide my personal information and payment details so that they can "refund" the amount in exchange for removing this review. . . Please! Heed my warning and stay away! That's not normal! The device arrived well packaged, with a large screen, easy setup instructions, and most of the cables you need to get set up and up and running out of the box. Unfortunately, this is where all the positives end. The device has brightness, contrast, sharpness, tint and color settings. All of this has an impact on the image that can only be described as minor. The built-in speaker looks snazzy, but the sound quality is the same as a 1980's Caldoors walkie-talkie. The picture is usually blurry if the video you're playing doesn't contain a dark scene, and then it's fine. My focus ring is either broken or poorly designed. You have to rotate the projector lens yourself or hold the device upside down or it will look like something has snapped preventing the focus ring from rotating properly. Overall, given the price, I don't expect my screen to look like the main cinema on AMC, but I should at least be able to read the menus and playlist as best as I can on VLC with the focus ring rotated. It's just not worth the cost. You will also need to provide two AAA batteries for the remote control as they are not included.
