Review on Book My T by Andrew Grant

I like that the app is very simple to use, and the customer service team is extremely helpful. Very easy to navigate through the app, and it's nice having all my reservation information right at my fingertips! The only thing I dislike about the app is how slow it can be sometimes. Sometimes you have to refresh the page multiple times before it shows your reservation. It would be great to have a feature where you could see the availability of seats next to each other. There are times when I go into the app and there are no open tables available. You'd think with a restaurant as busy as ours that there would be more open times than unavailable ones, but no such luck. So far we haven't found any problems that I've been able to pin down. We use this app to make sure we're always booking enough time off so that we don't run.
