I got this because I have meetings on different platforms every week! I'm tired of wearing a headset because my computer doesn't have built-in speakers or a microphone. There were echoes on both sides of the call. It was terrible. I tried to fix the error myself but to no avail. I've searched google for troubleshooting options but to no avail. Finally I sent a very descriptive email to the support email and waited after 2 DAYS! They finally emailed me back and said hello, is your side hearing an echo or is the other side hearing an echo? I'm waiting for your answer, Kate. It's been 3 days since I replied to them with no response. They are obviously not a professional company. You can't even send a professional email! They also did NOT bother to read my email because in my original post I detailed the errors I was getting for each platform. BAD ITEM, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
