I bought this for school wrestling as I just had surgery and can't take groin hits. I couldn't keep it in place and still had no luck with it after wrapping it with tape around my body while it was in the cup pocket. It hurts to cross your legs and it hurts to be hit without being in the right position. I will try to get another brace or whatever to see if there is a difference but I just need them to be tighter overall I think. Bought the adult size which is the correct size but like I said just need to keep it in place.
