Social Engagement Tool - A must try

I like most of what we have been able to do so far within our organization (the process flows). It has helped us understand how customers are interacting in all aspects related to social platforms. We're also using its tools for analytics purposes which helps me monitor my team's progress as well keep track of their activities across different channels/platforms used by them internally or externally through other companies. One thing i dislike about this tool was initially when first time you login into your account there were tons of options available but later after training they removed almost everything from initial settings except few basic ones! Now only option left now would be if some new features gets added then maybe thats ok otherwise just stick to basics until such things get fixed! Great product overall though not much improvements needed at least right away since nothing majorly wrong either. To improve upon customer engagement & retention alongwith providing better insights to help strategize future campaigns. I love how easy they are to use for our sales team! Also their customer support was outstanding when we had issues implementing some features at first but once those were resolved everything worked great!! There's nothing i dislike about them other than maybe having more options or integrations available would be nice (I think). They provide us an amazing way of keeping up-to date with all my contacts from social media so we don't miss out on any important news/updates etc.
